Serious Human Rights Violation Cases Stemming From UK

The UK is now banning peaceful protestation? According to the latest Daily Mail report, UK human rights are at a depletion. Executives of human rights have been speaking about these issues for quite some time. However, not much has been put on the concern until recently.

The government is politicizing even the most basic protestation. Activities are coming out on the UK streets left and right to talk about the different issues burning in the world.

This includes the Palestinian war, climate activism, and even the worst human rights violations for migration refugees. The government’s means of looking at the entire protestation with the eye of propaganda is vilifying fundamental human rights. Thus, corroding the system on which all human rights stand, the freedom of free speech and expression.

The director of Human Rights Watch is also voicing the government’s new law which works totally against protecting domestic laws, the homeless, and the hungry. In an exclusive interview with the Guardian, the director Yasmine Ahmed boldly criticized Rishi Sunak’s efforts, calling his prime minister session nothing short of an authoritarian ship. (Source)

“Not that the previous government didn’t violate human rights here and there. However, the UK’s current government doesn’t even bother to hide the wrongdoings. They do not even bother to pretend that they are complying with the court laws and human rights institutions”, Yasmine Ahmed.

The government might dis-apply the Rwanda policy – Policy which sends asylum seekers to Rwanda (even though the Supreme Court has called it illegal). Taking this horrific plan the government said that no matter how big or small the human rights violation is – it will not prevent Mr.Sunak’s government from facing the legal barriers of Rwanda’s policy. According to her, the government is sailing towards a UK that undermines judicatory laws, and by proxy also undermines basic human rights.
